We are happy and proud to introduce the ministry of Jeff Carter, DULM Inc. Youth Director and youngest son of Dr. Ed Carter. Jeff surrendered to preach at an early age and was called into the ministry and has been traveling and preaching the good news of the Gospel wherever the Lord leads and opens the doors. He is now the pastor of Grace Baptist Tabernacle in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
